Additional parking was needed for the development of a large box mall. A section of the Upper Las Vegas Wash bisected the mall property. By capping 1,200’ of this rectangular channel the property was unified and provided with additional parking.

Post-tensioning the deck resulted in 27% cost savings. The channel walls were reinforced with the use of shotcrete, resulting in a 50% cost savings.
